Originally founded in 1977, Hamilton Price has provided legal services to Manatee County and beyond for over 40 years. The Firm was originally located on 14th Street West and was relocated to its present location, 2400 Manatee Avenue West, in 1987. Scott Hamilton originally joined the Firm in 1994 and has been the Senior Litigation Partner since 1998. James (“Jim”) Price, joined the Firm in 2000 and has been a Partner since 2005. Andrew Marshall joined the Firm in 2014 and became a Partner in 2019.
Through its established litigation and transactional departments, Hamilton Price is able to offer its clients full scale legal representation that is both skillful and personable. The Firm’s robust civil litigation practice specializes in the areas of personal injury and construction litigation. The Firm’s transactional department, led by Ron Witt, provides clients with representation in the areas of estate planning, real estate, probate and trust administration, corporations and guardianships.
